Support to lymphoma patients “Live on!”

The program “Live on!” is intended for all patients with lymphoma to be provised an effective and accurate diagnosis from a PET / CT (Positron Emission Tomography / Computer Tomography). This program is supported by the holding “RePharm”, donating EUR 350,000 to the fund. The realization of this program is planned for two years.

To enable the patient to receive a paid service, the patient needs to have council’s conclusion of oncology and haematology council by Latvian Haematologists Association.

On behalf od the patient, the Treating Oncologist, Chemo Therapist or Dermatologist needs to contact the doctor and the Riga Stradins University professor Sandra Lejniece (e-mail:, or call any working day between 14.00 – 15.00 by phone +371 67042246 (asking for the Head nurse Dzidra or Inga), to clarify the time and date of the oncology and haematology council.

When the council’s conclusion is obtained, the patient can arrange an appointment for the PET / CT examination at the RSU Center for Nuclear Medicine at 13 Gardenes Street, Riga (
